Privacy notice — Scand Dynamic 7100 report requests
Version 2026-10-25-en. Updated 25 October 2026.
Controller and contact
Nautelier S.r.l., Via Melchiorre Gioia 41/A, 20124 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT no. 14532100964. For this request and data rights: info@nautelier.com.
Scope and choice
This notice covers only requests for the Scand Dynamic 7100 PDF. The online report can be read without completing the form. Requests do not create newsletter subscriptions and are not used for marketing campaigns.
Data and purposes
To send a verification link and deliver the report we request your email address and chosen language. First and last names or a company name are optional; the form distinguishes individual and company requests. We also record request and verification times, the notice version and the requested report identifier. Do not provide sensitive information or information about other people.
Legal basis
Handling the request relies on specific consent given through the form’s unchecked box (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Without consent we cannot handle the PDF request; you can still read the same report online. You may withdraw consent free of charge by emailing info@nautelier.com, without affecting earlier lawful processing or access to the public reading. No marketing consent is requested.
Security and abuse prevention
Single-use tokens, temporary limits and keyed cryptographic identifiers derived from email and IP address protect against automated requests, repeated mail and misuse of links. These measures pursue legitimate interests in service security and protecting recipient inboxes (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The component does not retain the plain IP address in its own archive. Derived identifiers are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Ordinary hosting logs are separate.
Retention in the component archive
Unconfirmed requests and links expire after 24 hours. Once a token is consumed its record no longer holds identifying content. An encrypted verified-request record is retained for 30 days to resolve technical delivery issues, handle related enquiries and identify the notice version, then deleted. Abuse-prevention identifiers expire at the end of their hourly or daily window plus one technical minute. Physical deletion takes place on the next available hourly cleanup cycle; more than two hours without a cleanup check prevents new requests. You may contact the controller to request earlier erasure, subject to applicable law.
Hosting, mail and access
The site uses WordPress.com/Automattic. Component messages use the ordinary WordPress mail function already available on the site, without connecting Brevo or new mail services. Authorised Nautelier personnel and necessary hosting, security, maintenance and email providers may process data under their respective roles and applicable arrangements. The component does not publish data, add it to marketing lists or send it to Brevo.
Logs and recovery copies
Deletion from the component’s live archive does not immediately remove every infrastructure copy. Automattic describes web logs generally retained for approximately 30 days; WordPress.com documentation describes recovery copies available for the preceding six months on eligible plans. Infrastructure periods are separate from the component’s 30-day period. Recovery copies must remain restricted and used for restoration; expiry and erasure must be reapplied before reopening restored data. The controller has confirmed completion of the provider data processing agreement.
International processing
Automattic infrastructure is distributed; we do not state that all processing remains within the European Economic Area. Transfers must comply with GDPR Chapter V through adequacy decisions or other applicable safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required. Relevant conditions and safeguards must be supported by the controller’s actual provider arrangements. Information may be requested at info@nautelier.com.
Rights and complaints
Where applicable you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, withdraw consent and object to legitimate-interest processing by emailing info@nautelier.com. You may complain to the Italian Garante or the competent supervisory authority in your habitual residence, workplace or location of the alleged infringement. No marketing profiling or automated decisions with legal effects are performed; technical limits may only require you to try again later.
